Laminator Cleaning
Laminator Cleaning
Proper maintenance of your rubber rollers will keep your equipment running for years to come.
** Always refer to your machine manual.
Suggestions:
Phoenix Roll Laminator: Apply denatured alcohol to a blue Scotchbrite scrubbing pad (not a green pad) and gently rub the rollers until the adhesive is removed. Be careful not to damage the roller by rubbing too hard. When the adhesive has been removed wipe the roller clean with a soft lint free cloth.
ProLam R27 Roll Laminator and Pouch laminators: Apply WD40 to a soft lint free cloth and gently rub the rollers until the adhesive is removed. Then wipe the rollers again with a clean lint free soft cloth.
Note: Always rub the cloth in one smooth direction completely across the roller.
Please do not use anything sharp, such as blades or straight edges to clean your rollers.
