Every laminating and binding machine sold by Popp Binding carries a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we’ll handle the process for you.
What’s covered
All laminating machines
Pouch laminators, roll laminators, and cold laminators sold by Popp Binding. 1-year coverage from date of purchase.
All binding machines
Coil, comb, wire, thermal, and booklet making machines. 1-year coverage from date of purchase.
Not covered
Consumable supplies (film, pouches, coils, combs, wire). Normal wear and tear. Damage from misuse or improper operation.
We handle the process
Call us and we’ll coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

We diagnose the problem
We’ll ask a few questions to determine whether the issue is a defect or an operational fix we can help you with over the phone.

We coordinate with the manufacturer
If the machine needs repair or replacement, we handle the warranty process with the manufacturer directly.

Resolution
Your machine is repaired or replaced. We follow up to make sure everything is working correctly.
