Orders placed by 2pm CST Monday through Friday ship the same day.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend ship the next business day.
Delivery times

Priority and expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Returns
Wrong or defective items
Contact us within 30 days. We'll correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Standard returns
Unopened, undamaged products accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@poppbinding.com to start a return.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Every laminating machine sold by Popp Binding & Laminating carries a 1-year warranty. If your machine has a defect within the first year, call us and we'll handle the warranty process for you.
