Returns
Wrong or defective items
Contact us within 30 days. We’ll correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Standard returns
Unopened, undamaged products accepted within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@poppbinding.com to start a return.
Return shipping

Laminator warranty
Every laminating machine sold by Popp Binding & Laminating carries a 1-year warranty. If your machine has a defect within the first year, call us and we’ll coordinate the warranty process for you.
