What is your return policy?

We will accept and issue credit for defective material up to 60 days from the date of invoice.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must accompany all merchandise, any products received without a RMA, cannot be accepted. Stock merchandise will be returned for credit only, when materials are returned unused and undamaged. No returns can be made on special order items. All equipment is subject to policies of the manufacturer for warranty and restocking fees. All equipment need to be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender, unless due to product defect.
